by Domestic Partner CompaniesTwo domestic partner companies own 14 units of machining center and automatic workpiece changing palette machine which allow 72 hours(3days) unmanned operation.
With these equipment, Domestic partner companies are capable of mass production and repairment even in urgent cases.

Delicate Processing Technology
by Japanese CraftsmenWe work on producing the medical devices with craftsmen whose roots are in Japanese sword sharpening techniques.
Their processing technology is called “Takuminowaza” (technique of master), which is the tradition in Japan.
Their specialty fields are complex projects such as fine sharpening, tip processing, and bending.

Washing and Sterilization Process
One of our partner companies can handle product inspection, washing, packaging and sterilization.
Each process is performed in a clean room with various equipment such as washing machines and low-temperature dryers etc.
