We work on producing the medical devices with craftsmen whose roots are in Japanese sword sharpening techniques. Their processing technology is called “Takuminowaza” (technique of master), which is the tradition in Japan.
Their specialty fields are complex projects such as fine sharpening, tip processing, and bending in any products’ forms.
Products which are ordered from our customers are processed by hand, one by one to flexibly respond to the customer's requirements.
Based on the Japanese spirit, each product is carefully finished manually one by one. That carefulness provides warmth and comfort to the heart of the user.
Wide variety of machine tools are used in processing to achieve the user's ideal product.
Milling machines which are equipped with end mills, drills, and other cutting tools in the vertical/parallel directions drill holes and perform cutting operations. A grinder is used to create a rough shape. By changing the type of round grindstone mounted on the workpiece, fine shaping can be performed. This is the dazzling feat of craftsmen technique.
On the workbench, the workpiece is sanded, bent with a hammer, finished by hand, and final adjustments are made.
By carefully processing products one by one, finished products achieve high standard quality.
Based on a wealth of experience gained through repeated trial and error, craftsmen carefully adjust every detail with a finely honed sense.
