We supply originally designed products that are warranted by specially designed testing machines, as well as OEM based products. As for quality control, Osaka office was opened with different digital measuring machines, autoclave devices, cleaning and packaging machines and laser marking device for production under the quality management complying with the QMS method. One principal example of medical device company has 15 units of 5 axis machining center etc. (3 shifts, 24-hr operation, as of February, 2020) that enable the shortest supply time in Japan, of mass produced products, and the capital investment is further planned to establish the highest production capacity in the world. With employees skilled in international business and technical languages enable shortest export/import trading time in use of Web meetings as well as on-site instructions, and such excellent design ability, low cost structure, short delivery, production capacity and high-quality products are unparalleled by any competitive companies in Japan. Also, the domestic group company possessing 14 units of machining center and automatic workpiece changing palette machine (3 days, 72-hr operation) enables manufacturing, refinement, modification and repairment even in urgent cases.
Staffs who are in charge of China or English-speaking world manage the local staff directly or communicate via video conferencing system to enhance the industrial technology and quality assurance of our products. By Limiting the number of international group companies, we are possible to visit local factories more for meetings and inspections. In addition, our staff could visit our customer's office (if needed) for the inspection of our products(samples). If any changes are needed to be made, we can directly communicate to our group companies (manufacturing factories) via video system and could tell our customer's requests directly. Simultaneous interpreting of Chinese and English by our staff enables that prompt and positive communication with our group companies.
